TESCAN GAIA3 used as a tool to conduct research in solid state electrolytes
Solid state electrolytes are essential to develop novel energy storage technologies, including three-dimensional solid state batteries and passivation coatings for reactive battery electrode components. The TESCAN GAIA3 dual beam SEM/FIB system with an integrated TOF-SIMS detector was used for the Li detection.
