Unlocking the mechanisms of mosquito’s immune system
The aim of the present study is to contribute to the characterisation of mosquito’s gut in order to better understand its structure and functions. Results in this direction are of utmost importance as they could offer new strategies to control diseases vectors. The TESCAN FE-SEM MIRA3 enabled researchers to obtain high images of the ultra-structure of the guts of mosquitos.
