New subsidiary – TESCAN ORSAY FRANCE

TESCAN ORSAY HOLDING has been expanding manufacturing capacities as well as sales network, which has recently resulted in establishing TESCAN UK, in addition to existing TESCAN USA and TESCAN China. New structure of TESCAN ORSAY HOLDING is bringing more business opportunities and we are aiming to create a strong multinational group. Following our strategy, TESCAN ORSAY HOLDING has now formed a new subsidiary.

TESCAN ORSAY FRANCE

This new subsidiary will allow TESCAN ORSAY HOLDING to be directly involved with the French SEM and Focused Ion Beam market via the newly estabilished company. TESCAN’s business in France has been handled prior to this change by ELOÏSE S.A.R.L. With effect from 1 May 2014, ELOÏSE and TESCAN ORSAY HOLDING have jointly ended Distributor Agreement which started in 2004.

TESCAN ORSAY FRANCE disposes with Fuveau based Sales, Applications and Service facility and is expanding the operation for even higher future growth in the French market for TESCAN ORSAY products.
