TESCAN ORSAY HOLDING a.s. (TESCAN), a leading global developer, manufacturer and supplier of electron, ion and light microscopy systems, announced today the acquisition of EO Elektronen-Optik-Service GmbH, a German distributor of TESCAN products and services.
This strategic move will bring TESCAN closer to the German market and will secure a direct access to all current and future customers. As a result of the completion of this transaction, TESCAN GmbH has been established and will be a subsidiary group company of TESCAN ORSAY HOLDING a.s.
