For two days in June, experts in the field of electron chemical microanalysis discussed new practical applications of wavelength dispersive spectroscopy (WDS). The part of the workshop that attracted the most interest was the demonstrations of the MagnaRay spectrometer from Thermo Scientific integrated with the TESCAN TIMA3 mineralogical analyzer.
