A TESCAN FIB-SEM LYRA3 system has been installed at the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur, India. The system equipped with a 3D EDS Oxford and four fully integrated nanomanipulators by Kleindiek represents yet another unique and special solution of TESCAN.
